- Kindergarten Priorities
- Children should be enrolled at age three and will be notified when their child is due to start Pre-entry.
- Pre-entry program: 1 session per week, integrated into kindy sessions, in the term prior to Preschool.
- Sessional preschool up to 4 sessions per week for eligible children from Monday to Thursday. Sessions start at 8:45 to 11:30am in the morning and from 12:15pm to 3:00pm in the afternoon.
- Transition program operates in the child's last term of Preschool and is part of the normal session times of each child.
Children who have special needs will be assessed at Pre-entry level and help will be requested from DECS. Special services available include:
- Speech Therapy
- Child Psychology
- Social Work
- Preschool support
- Bilingual support
Other services our Centre offers on a limited basis:
- Full day sessions in consultation with the Director
- Emergency or Occasional care in consultation with staff
- Playgroup on Fridays from 10:00am to 11:30pm which is parent led.
- Child and Youth Health screenings coordinated by staff, and held each term
at the school.
- Early admission for children with assessed special needs
- Extended enrolment for children with special needs prior to school commencement

The core business of this Kindergarten is to provide quality education for four-year-olds. The teaching program fosters the development of the individual child. We will provide a broad range of challenging activities which are both open ended and structured and build on experiences of the children in a success oriented, caring environment. Each child should:

holes, and copies of individual policies may be requested. All policies are regularly reviewed and comments and suggestions from parents are invited.
